Job summary

HES is seeking a General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across school facilities. Responsibilities include sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and general upkeep throughout assigned areas.

Ideal candidates have prior cleaning experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team while following directions in a fast-paced environment. This role offers both full- and part-time shifts, with multiple school-hour options.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred but not required.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop and vacuum assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms; maintain cleanliness of facilities.
• Assist with waste removal, window cleaning and other duties as directed by supervisor.
