Job summary

HES Facilities Management in Fort Smith, AR is seeking General Cleaners to maintain cleanliness and daily upkeep of facilities. Responsibilities include sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, trash removal, and general surface cleaning.

We require a team-oriented, detail-minded individual with the ability to work a fast-paced environment; a high school diploma is preferred; background check is required; reliable transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean restrooms.
• Remove trash and recycling.
• Polish exterior area within 10 feet of entry.
• Wash windows and handle snow/ice removal.
• Other duties as directed by custodial supervisor.
