Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and wax floors.
• Machine shampoo carpeting.
• Clean walls, vents, screens, furniture, fixtures, windows, doors.
• Wash interior and exterior windows and glass doors.
• Sweep entryways; empty trashcans outside entrances.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Change interior light bulbs reachable from lower ladder heights.
• Notify management of needed repairs.
• Remove snow/ice and apply salt as needed.
• Organize custodial closets and supply areas.
• Move/setup furniture for special functions.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
