The Goddard School in Waunakee, WI is seeking a dependable School Kitchen Support to help run our kitchen operations and provide nutritious meals for children from 12 months through 6 years. This role emphasizes sanitation, meal prep, and reliable daily service.

You will prepare and serve meals, maintain a clean kitchen, follow food safety guidelines, and collaborate with families by sharing a monthly menu.

Qualifications

• Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience cooking for young children preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Prepare and serve simple, nutritious meals and snacks appropriate for young children
  • 9:00 AM Morning Snack
  • 12:00 PM Lunch
  • 3:00 PM Afternoon Snack
• Wash dishes and sanitize kitchen equipment
• Perform light cleaning duties throughout the school as needed
• Create and share a monthly menu with families
• Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
