Nexus Family Healing is seeking a dedicated School Case Manager for the Devil's Lake, ND School District. In this role, you'll assist students and families in accessing essential services and building resilience.

You will primarily work onsite at the school, providing crisis intervention and utilizing trauma-informed care methods. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and a valid North Dakota driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience serving children and families.
• Current North Dakota social work licensure preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive coordination of tasks for service recipients.
• Complete systemic assessments of children's and families' needs.
• Develop community contacts to promote Nexus-PATH services.
