Compass Group USA is hiring a Food Unit Lead for the Gresham-Barlow School District in Gresham, OR. The role is full and part-time with a 6:00 am–2:00 pm schedule, Monday–Friday. You will supervise food-service staff, ensure quality service, and maintain safety standards in a school dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees to ensure smooth operations.

• Trains employees and assigns work to promote efficiency and service quality.
• Develops schedules, determines work procedures and expedites workflow.
