Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service staff.
• Oversees food preparation and service following standards.
• Ensures timely meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer concerns via in-person and email communications.
• Trains staff and assigns work to maintain efficiency.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Handles cash according to the manual and deposits as required.
• Orders supplies from approved sources.
