Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages to standards.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely meal service.
• Trains employees and coordinates work for efficiency and service quality.
• Manages daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Directs sanitation and safety in accordance with regulations.
