Qualifications

• Must demonstrate or develop skills in the use and care of conventional or electronic accounting equipment.
• Must complete and maintain certification for school food services personnel and ASFSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assuring quality of school food service program; quality, nutrition, safety, sanitation, and special meals meet standards.
• Counts money and prepares appropriate change.
• Sells foods and beverages and makes proper change.
• Plans and completes work on timely basis.
• Shows enthusiasm for the total school program and its operation.
• Maintains a neat, organized work area.
• Complies with district policies and applicable laws/regulations.
• Demonstrates loyalty and a positive attitude toward district mission.
