Egg Harbor Township Board of Education is seeking a Head Cook for Davenport Complex. This 24.5 hours/week position reports to the Director of Dining Services and ensures safe, nutritious meals for students and staff.

Qualifications include a HS diploma with 2 years’ related experience, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to follow directions. Health and safety standards must be maintained in the cafeteria environment.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma with two years' experience in a relevant position.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Must perform basic arithmetic and operate cafeteria equipment.
• Must pass Criminal History Review and pre-employment checks.
• Demonstrates leadership, confidentiality and professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction to cafeteria associates during meal service.
• Prepare and cook on-site according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate food quantities and production records for meals.
• Order and check supplies; manage inventory and storage.
• Communicate issues to the food service director and buildings admin.
