Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages per standards.

• Trains employees; assigns work to promote efficiency.
• Maintains required daily/weekly/monthly reports and cash handling.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Directs sanitation and safety in accordance with standards.
