Chartwells K12 at Sibley East Public Schools in Arlington, MN is hiring a full-time Food Unit Lead. You will supervise food-service staff, oversee meal preparation and service, train employees, and manage schedules and reporting. The position runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM with hourly pay between $18.00 and $19.00, reflecting experience and market norms for this market.

Qualificações

• Prior supervisory food service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages per company standards.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely meal service.
• Trains employees and assigns/coordinates work to promote efficiency.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Handles daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, time-keeping).
• Maintains proper cash handling per policy.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Ensures sanitation and safety per standards and regulations.
• Develops sanitation schedules and oversees cleaning of kitchen/dining areas.
