Responsibilities

• Prepare simple items and assemble salads, sandwiches, and baked goods; assist with dietary needs.
• Portion and pack menu items for satellite feeding.
• Set up serving counters, serve students and staff, and replenish items as needed.
• Wash pots, pans, plates, and other kitchen equipment; maintain clean work areas and dining spaces.
• Label, store, and dispose leftovers; assist with inventory and routine records.
• Oversee student helpers and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and in-service training.
