Job summary

Chartwells K‑12 is hiring Food Service Worker positions in Paragould, AR. We offer full‑time and part‑time schedules, Monday through Friday; hours vary. Prior food service experience is required for this on‑site role.

You will prepare, present and serve food, perform prep tasks, ensure portion control and food safety, and assist with maintaining clean, orderly work areas while helping customers in a friendly, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans areas, equipment and utensils.
• Follows recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and relays concerns to supervisor.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance and inventory control.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
