Chartwells K-12 is hiring Food Service Worker for Hope, AR locations. We offer full-time and part-time schedules; shifts Mon-Fri with varying hours. Prior food service experience is preferred and online applications are accepted.

As a member of Compass Group, you will join a team serving students with nutritious meals, and benefit from a range of associate programs and opportunities within a large foodservice network.

Qualifications

• Requirement: Prior food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work (washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits/vegetables).
• Carries pans and trays safely between stations.
• Stores food with proper dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment.
• Uses approved recipes and portion controls.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures sanitation, safety and inventory controls.
