Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves nutritious meals in an efficient manner.
• Maintains correct food temperatures and follows mandated guidelines.
• Ensures meals are served on schedule and supplies replenished regularly.
• Responsible for storage and disposal of unused food.
• Assists in daily cleanup of kitchen, cafeteria, and serving areas per District, DHEC, and other guidelines.
• Performs major cleaning of equipment and facility as scheduled by the Food and Nutrition Manager.
• All other duties as assigned.
