Maschio's Food Service Inc. is seeking reliable Food Service Workers for our school nutrition program. Responsibilities include preparing and serving meals to students, maintaining sanitation, and supporting a positive dining environment on weekdays.

Candidates should have experience in a school cafeteria or institutional food service, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to stand and lift up to 40 lbs. Food Handler's permit or ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a school cafeteria or institutional food service.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Food Handler's permit or ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to guidelines.
• Assist with daily food prep, including chopping, cooking, and assembling meals.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, dishwashers, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, serving lines, storage and dining spaces.
• Follow HACCP and sanitation regulations.
• Stock supplies and minimize waste.
• Provide friendly service to students.
• Accommodate allergies and special needs.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
