• Carries pots and pans between stations and storage.
• Stores food following dating, wrapping and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and equipment.
• Uses approved recipes to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards and cash control procedures.
• Performs all sanitation requirements.
