Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve food according to recipes and safety guidelines.
• Operate point-of-sale system; record meals and maintain lunch accounts.
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen, serving areas, and equipment.
• Set up and break down serving stations; assist with daily cleaning tasks.
• Follow food safety requirements, including allergen awareness and label review.
• Accurately portion ingredients and complete production records.
• Maintain positive customer service for students, staff, and families.
• Perform other duties including occasional catering support.
