Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation – salads, sandwiches, slicing.
• Portion desserts, salads, fruits for serving.
• Wash, trim and prepare vegetables.
• Set up serving lines.
• Serve food.
• Operate dish machine.
• Wash pans and utensils.
• Operate kitchen appliances.
• Assist in cleaning of kitchen and dining area.
• May serve as cashier.
• Deliver food to off-site BOCES facilities.
• Assist with vending operation.
