Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, bake and serve a variety of foods in quantity at the school site.
• Assist in other food preparation duties as directed and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen.
• Train and provide work direction to others and manage inventory/records as assigned.
• Monitor food temperatures and sanitation to meet safety standards.
• Serve lunch items, replenish serving containers and handle cafeteria operations.
