Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and planning of meals.
• Serve meals to students.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, trays and other items.
• Report safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist in preparing main and alternate line food items.
• Adjust standardized recipes to ensure adequate food quantities.
• Ensure proper serving sizes for different ages.
• Maintain daily cleaning of kitchen equipment and dishes.
• Follow safety procedures in storage, preparation and service.
