Responsabilidades

• Create and prepare baked items from scratch in a timely manner.
• Review recipes and estimate ingredients and time for baking.
• Maintain records of production, waste, and portion sizes.
• Ensure proper temperatures and sanitation compliance.
• Operate kitchen equipment and keep area clean and safe.
• Assist with set-up, serving lines, and inventory management.
• Train staff as directed by the cafeteria manager.
• Interact with students and staff to gather feedback.
• Stay current with baking trends and sustainable practices.
