Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn and follow prescribed preparation methods for handling food and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the food preparation and cashier duties as assigned.
• Operate large and small kitchen equipment after receiving instructions.
• Clean and sanitize work area and kitchen equipment.
• Serve meals on service line after receiving instructions as to portion sizes.
• Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules and campus attendance procedures.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing floors, work areas and kitchen equipment.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability and cooperation in duties.
• Read, write and follow oral and written directions.
