Job summary

Towne Bus LLC is hiring as a part-time driver to transport students to and from school programs in Medford, MA. You will operate a yellow school bus, follow routes, monitor student safety, and comply with DOT and state regulations. Training is provided to obtain CDL permits if needed.

Applicants must be 21+, have at least 1 year of driving experience, and pass a drug test and background check. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of driving experience.
• NY CDL A/B with P & S endorsements.
• Must have a driver’s license to enter CDL permit training (training provided).
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate school buses to transport passengers safely and on time.
• Assess traffic and road conditions and monitor student behavior as needed.
• Follow all state and federal traffic laws and DOT guidelines while operating a school bus.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required CDL/state certifications.
