Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. is seeking a Charter Driver to transport students and groups to field trips and events, ensuring safety and punctuality on every trip. You will operate a school bus with provided directions while prioritizing customer service and compliance with CDL requirements.

Qualifications

• CDL B with S&P endorsements or willingness to obtain
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license for 3+ years
• Clean driving record with no suspensions
• Ability to pass CORI & SORI background checks

Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus to transport authorized passengers safely and on time
• Assess traffic and road conditions and monitor passenger behavior
• Follow all state and federal traffic laws while operating the vehicle
• Maintain CDL and school bus certifications and comply with regulations
• Assist passengers onto and off the vehicle as needed
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and safety checks
