First Student in Randolph, MA is hiring a Part Time School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and on field trips. The role offers flexible split shifts (AM/PM) with no nights or summers required.

No experience is necessary as we provide expert training to become a safe and professional driver, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities across 540+ locations in the U.S. & Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with split AM/PM routes; summers off.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist with seatbelts.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
• Report issues and communicate with parents, staff, and dispatch.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety standards.
