Roberts Hawaii is seeking a School Bus SPED Driver in Hawaii to transport students safely and reliably. You will perform daily pre- and post-checks, maintain vehicle readiness, and communicate with the office and parents to set routes and pickup times.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, completing required forms, and providing excellent customer service to schools and the community. A valid CDL-ready license and DOT requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to communicate effectively with adults, students, and management.
• Maintain DOT physical and comply with safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Transport students safely from pickup sites to destination.
• Perform daily vehicle pre- and post-checks and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of buses.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate routes and pickup times with parents and schools.
• Attend required training in uniform and uphold safety programs.
