Job summary

Robert's Hawaii is hiring for a position that supervises transportation of student passengers, ensuring their safety and vehicle cleanliness. The role starts at $19/hr with a $200 sign-on bonus and requires CPR/First Aid certification, English proficiency, and flexible split shifts.

Responsibilities include loading and securing wheelchairs, inspecting the vehicle, maintaining daily logs, and coordinating with schools and homes as needed. Must be at least 18 and possess a valid photo ID.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Attend all trainings and meetings as required.
• Current and clean criminal background check (annual).
• Negative TB test (updated per policy).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be able to work a flexible split shift.
• Capable of transporting students safely, including assisting with wheelchairs.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from destinations and ensure safety.
• Load and secure wheelchairs as instructed.
• Verify student appearance and ensure buckled in safely.
• Conduct weekly interior vehicle cleaning and daily pre/post trip inspections.
• Maintain paperwork: timesheets, attendance, incident forms.
• Liaise between home and school regarding absences or changes.
