Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, with 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist children during entry/exit and ensure seating and seat belts.
• Maintain order on the bus and ensure children remain seated.
• Act as spotter when backing up the bus.
• Check buses for riders at end of routes and ensure no one remains.
• Submit daily transportation rosters and related forms.
• Complete and maintain bus binder with seating charts and emergency procedures.
• Report maintenance issues to staff immediately.
• Respond to medical emergencies on the bus.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and organization policies.
