• The ability to relate to individuals with special needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must also have a favorable criminal background check.

Job Description: Easterseals NH is hiring School Bus Monitors for the 2026/2027 school year!

If you enjoy working with children and young adults, this position provides an opportunity to become a friendly face for the passengers in your community!

As a Bus Monitor, you will be paired with a seasoned driver during each of your shifts to interact with and supervise passengers, creating a smooth, stress-free transportation experience. No experience needed; we provide paid training!

Qualifications:

• The ability to relate to individuals with special needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates must also have a favorable criminal background check

Hours:

This is a full-time (30+ hours), school-year position, Monday through Friday.

• Morning – 6am-9:30am
• Mid-Afternoon – 11:30am-1pm
• Afternoon – 1:30pm-4:30pm

Compensation:

$15 / hour
