Job summary

Easterseals NH is hiring School Bus Monitors for the 2026/2027 school year. You will be paired with a seasoned driver during each shift to supervise passengers and create a smooth transportation experience for children and young adults in the community.

No experience is required as paid training is provided; the role is full-time (30+ hours) during the school year with shifts spreading across mornings and afternoons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or related experience.
• The ability to relate to individuals with special needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must also have a favorable criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise passengers on the bus and ensure safety during transport.
• Interact with and support passengers to create a smooth ride experience.
• Work with a seasoned driver on each shift to coordinate daily routes.
