Roxbury Central School is seeking a dedicated Full-time School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school, field trips, and events in a safe, orderly manner. The role requires adherence to district policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.

Salary starts at $21.07 per hour with benefits per the CSEA contract. CDL - Class B w/air brake and endorsements are preferred but not required. Training is provided by the district to ensure readiness and safety on every trip.

Competenze

• CDL Class B with air brake, passenger and school bus endorsement preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Transport students to and from school, field trips, athletic events and other activities.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, orderly vehicle and safe driving practices at all times.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules and ensure students board and disembark safely.
• Communicate with school staff and parents as appropriate and participate in safety trainings.
