Legacy Early College in Greenville, SC is seeking a Bus Driver to support student transportation, safety, and professional operations of transportation services. The role emphasizes serving students and parents, maintaining records, and operating school bus routes and field trips.

The position requires a valid CDL, Class B with endorsements, a clean driving record, and DOT-compliant health and background checks.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid CDL and meet CDL requirements.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a clean driving record.
Endorsements for Passenger and School Bus driving required.
DOT physical, drug/alcohol testing compliance, and background check required.
Minimum of 12 months driving experience.

Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service to students, employees, and guests.
Operate bus resources, routes, and schedules while maintaining safety.
Keep buses and equipment clean and organized.
Follow the published weekly work schedule and log in/out entries.
Record attendance in the designated software and complete incident forms as needed.
Participate in safety trainings and certifications for drivers and equipment.
Monitor safety conditions to ensure a safe environment for scholars.
Report maintenance and supply needs on the designated forms.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
