Qualifications

• One to two years related experience and/or training.
• Valid Alaska Commercial Driver's License with endorsements (District will assist with getting CDL if needed).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Submit to and pass the pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
• Spotless driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate the school bus to transport pupils and authorized personnel.
• Check bus for mechanical defects before operation.
• Transport and discharge students at authorized stops.
• Adhere to all District rules and regulations.
• Maintain discipline on the bus.
