Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent as required by WV code.
• Must obtain WV CDL license with passenger and school bus endorsement.
• Must complete WV School Bus Safety Program and pass required tests.
• Must pass physical examination and drug/alcohol screenings.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have 3+ years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Learn and follow the assigned route and stops.
• Safely operate bus and ensure student safety.
• Assist and supervise students, including those with disabilities.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain cleanliness.
• Respond to emergencies and use safety equipment.
