Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obeys all traffic laws
• Follows all safety regulations and procedures as stated in the Alabama School Bus Driver’s Record and Report Book, Morgan County Transportation Handbook, and all other safety regulations for school buses
• Inspects bus using outlined procedures before each trip
• Maintains a clean, orderly, and inviting bus
• Assists director and all other drivers in developing and maintaining a productive and safe environment for all students
• Engages in continuous professional training that enhances personal knowledge and self-improvement
• Represents the school system, department, and all school personnel in a positive manner at all times
