First Student is hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers in Rolla, MO. You will start mornings with pickup, transport students to school, and return them home in the afternoon.

Additional hours for trips may be available; no experience is required—training is provided to help you become a safe, professional driver. This role offers a part-time, flexible schedule (split AM/PM routes), a competitive hourly rate, and comprehensive benefits including insurance options and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license (Class B or higher) and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.

• Maintain order on the bus to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits).
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
