First Student Management LLC is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver in Little Rock, AR. You will transport students safely to and from school with a split shift, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs each day.
No prior bus driving experience is required; we provide paid CDL training and offer performance bonuses, as well as dental, vision, and retirement savings plans. A strong customer-service mindset helps you connect with students and families.
As a First Student Part Time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home.

Your day will include:
