First Student Management LLC is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver in Little Rock, AR. You will transport students safely to and from school with a split shift, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs each day.

No prior bus driving experience is required; we provide paid CDL training and offer performance bonuses, as well as dental, vision, and retirement savings plans. A strong customer-service mindset helps you connect with students and families.

Now Hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers for Little Rock, AR

As a First Student Part Time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home.

No experience as a bus driver is required! We’re proud to train you with our industry-leading technology to help you succeed.

Your day will include:

• A split shift, which means an early morning before-school pickup and an after-school drop-off with a few free hours in between
• Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available

School Bus Driver benefits: Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour; based on school bus driver experience. Guaranteed Hours: 5 hour per day Commercial Learner's Permit Bonus: $500 BONUS – If the CDL Permit (CLP) is presented within 7 days of completing the Virtual CLP class

• $200 BONUS – If the CDL Permit (CLP) is presented within 14 days of completing the Virtual CLP class.
