Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking school bus drivers to safely transport students to and from school using our technology-enabled platform.

As a driver, you will operate assigned vehicles, complete pre-trip inspections, maintain routes, and create a safe, positive environment for children. Training is provided, and flexible shifts include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Key responsibilities

Minimum qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications and 5 years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle required (WAC 392-144-101)
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 5 years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle required (WAC 392-144-101)
• Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements, with training provided
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
