Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is hiring school bus drivers to transport students safely using Zūm’s technology platform. You’ll operate vehicles, perform inspections, maintain routes, and create a positive environment for riders.

Reliable individuals with a clean driving record and willingness to obtain CDL are needed. Benefits include competitive pay with guaranteed daily hours, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• CDL with P and S endorsements and state certifications for certified drivers (5 years passenger-vehicle experience).
• For non-certified drivers: valid license with 5 years of passenger-vehicle experience.
• Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state/federal requirements; training provided.
• Clean driving record; able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to work split shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
