Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is hiring school bus drivers in Kansas City, MO to transport students safely using Zūm's technology platform.

You will operate vehicles, perform inspections, maintain routes, and create a positive environment for children. Requirements include age 21+, high school diploma, legal work status, and depending on CDL status, years of driving experience and endorsements. We provide CDL training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle.
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle.
• Willing to obtain a CDL and training provided.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to work split shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
