LLE Education Group in Ashburn, VA is seeking enthusiastic Bus Drivers to join Learning Paths Academy at Belmont, delivering safe transportation for students and fostering a caring, child-focused environment. You’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule with a split shift, eligible for paid professional development, benefits, and a supportive team that values teamwork and safety.

You must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check and VA licensing

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Be reliable, engaging, patient, and thrive in a dynamic classroom.
• Love building relationships with children, families, and your team.
• Be flexible and ready to adapt to the needs of your students and school.
• At least 23 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record for the last five years.
• Successful background check and VA licensing standards.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to drive a school bus to transport children to and from school.
• Ability to commit to a split shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive bus on all scheduled routes to and from school as well as approved activities.
• Always operate within the legal speed limits and in safe fashion without exception.
• Communicate with teachers, parents and children to meet the needs of each transported child.
• Work a split shift, leaving the middle of your day free! Extra work is available.
