Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a school bus driver to transport students safely using Zūm’s technology platform. You’ll operate approved routes, perform inspections, and maintain timetables with professionalism.

Must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be legally eligible to work in the United States. CDL endorsements or training provided, with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and CA School Bus certificate (DL45).
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements, with training provided.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality.
• Create a safe, positive environment for students and ensure passenger safety.
• Ability to work split shifts.
