Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking a school bus driver to safely transport students to and from school using Zūm’s technology platform.

You will operate vehicles per policy, perform inspections, and maintain routes with professionalism while fostering a positive environment for students. Qualified candidates will be at least 25, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be legally able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• CDL with P and S endorsements and state certifications for certified drivers.
• For non-certified drivers: valid license with 5+ years driving experience.
• Willing to obtain a CDL with training provided.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to work split shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality.
• Create a safe, positive environment for students and ensure passenger safety.
