Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking school bus drivers in Los Angeles, CA, to transport students safely and reliably using Zūm’s technology platform. You’ll join a mission-driven team and earn competitive hourly pay with guaranteed daily hours.

Requirements include 21+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent, legal work status in the U.S., and a clean driving record. CDL with P and S endorsements is needed for certified drivers; non-certified drivers may train to obtain it.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and CA School Bus certificate (DL45).
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements, with training provided.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality.
• Create a safe, positive environment for students and ensure passenger safety.
