Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking a school bus driver to safely transport students using our modern, air-conditioned buses and proprietary technology.

You will conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, follow routes and schedules, and maintain a positive, safe environment for children. The role offers competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits, nights/weekends off, CDL training for non-certified drivers, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21
• High school diploma or equivalent
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and 5 years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 5 years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation and 5 years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle required (WAC 392-144-101)
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 5 years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle required (WAC 392-144-101)
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
