Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking school bus drivers to safely transport students to and from school using Zūm’s technology platform. You will operate modern buses, follow routes, and ensure safety for all passengers. The role emphasizes community impact and reliable, friendly service.

Applicants should be able to pass background checks, obtain CDL if needed, and commit to split shifts. Training is provided for non-certified drivers, and a collaborative team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements plus state requirements; 5+ years of passenger-vehicle driving.
• Non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 5+ years of passenger-vehicle driving.
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided).
• Clean driving record + ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation and 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehiclerequired (WAC 392-144-101)
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle required (WAC 392-144-101)
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
