Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• For certified drivers: valid CDL with P and S endorsements and state certifications; 5+ years of passenger-vehicle driving experience.
• For non-certified drivers: valid driver's license with 5+ years of passenger-vehicle experience; willingness to obtain CDL (training provided).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation and 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehiclerequired (WAC 392-144-101)
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle required (WAC 392-144-101)
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
