Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking a school bus driver in Reading, PA to transport students safely and reliably, leveraging Zūm’s technology platform to coordinate routes.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, follow routes and schedules with professionalism, and maintain a positive, safe environment for all passengers.

This role offers guaranteed daily hours and CDL training support for those pursuing certification, with opportunities to grow within a mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation and 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehiclerequired (WAC 392-144-101)
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle required (WAC 392-144-101)
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
